Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Location All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in Jersey City, NJ.

2. Delivery Area We currently ship within the United States only, including Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. overseas territories. We do not ship internationally at this time.

3. Order Processing All orders are processed within 5–7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed, and a shipping notification with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time. Transit times do not include weekends or public holidays.

5. Duties & Taxes All applicable duties and taxes are covered by us. You will not be charged any additional customs or import fees upon delivery.

6. Carriers We ship via UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, or professional freight carriers depending on your order size and location.

7. Order Cancellation

  • Within 24 hours of placing your order: cancellation is free of charge.
  • After 24 hours, if your order has not entered production or been shipped: a cancellation fee of 30% of the order total will be applied to cover material and processing costs.
  • Once shipped: orders cannot be cancelled. However, you may initiate a return upon delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
