We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return To start a return, please contact us at info@corvessa.com or call us at +1 (970) 825-0485. Once your return request is approved, we will provide the further instructions via email. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs For defective or incorrectly sent items, we will cover the full cost of return shipping. For all other returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. There are no restocking or handling fees.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges To exchange an item, please initiate a return using the process above. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the item you'd like.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time.
