2. What materials are your fixtures made from?
Our fixtures feature natural alabaster stone paired with metal frameworks in brass, matte black, or brushed nickel finishes. Select pieces incorporate K9 optical crystal. Every alabaster piece has unique natural veining — no two fixtures are exactly alike.
3. How long does shipping take?
We offer complimentary shipping within the continental United States.
- In-Stock Items: Ships within 5–7 business days
- Made-to-Order Items: 4–6 weeks for production and delivery
- Custom Orders: Timeline confirmed after consultation
4. Can I customize a fixture?
Yes. We offer customization for size, finish, material, and configuration. Contact us at info@corvessa.com with your requirements and we'll provide a quote within 24 hours.
5. What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in original packaging. Custom-made fixtures are non-returnable. See our Return Policy for full details.
6. Do you offer trade pricing?
Yes. Interior designers, architects, developers, and hospitality professionals can apply for our Trade Program with discounted pricing. No minimum order required. Email info@corvessa.com to apply.
7. What bulbs do your fixtures use?
All fixtures are compatible with LED bulbs. Common base types include E26, E12, G9, and G4 depending on the fixture. We recommend warm white LEDs (2700K–3000K) for the best look with natural stone.
8. How do I clean my alabaster fixture?
Dust regularly with a soft, dry microfiber cloth. For deeper cleaning, use a slightly damp cloth — never soak or use harsh chemicals. See our Care & Maintenance guide for details.
9. What warranty do you offer?
All fixtures come with a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Contact info@corvessa.com for warranty claims.
10. What if my fixture arrives damaged?
Inspect your package upon delivery. If you notice any damage, photograph it before opening and contact us within 48 hours at info@corvessa.com. We'll arrange a replacement.
11. Where do you ship from?
